Those of us who are in classic car clubs, regardless of model or make, decide to become members for any given number of reasons. Perhaps we owned a particular car in our youth that brings back fond memories of cruising the streets on Friday nights. Maybe we remember going to Drive-in movies with our date’s head resting on our shoulder. Perhaps it was simply the sound of our particular car’s engine, which could range from anything to a soft purr or a horsepower-laden monsterous growl as we rolled down the highway. The 1.6-litre FSI petrol engine is capable of developing 115 PS, which can be mated to a choice of 6-speed manual or automatic gearboxes. The Audi the luxury unit of Volkswagen, maker of top-of-the-line VW Golf parts will hold the Audi Quattro Cup at the Millenium Lakes Golf and Country Club in Trincity on June 2. As a price the winner will get the $330,000 Audi A4 Sedan on one of the 11th holes for the main draw of the Cup s Country Final.

The said tournament is to be participated by 92 golfers on 46 two-man teams that will qualify to tee off against the world s best golfers at the 17th staging of the Audi Quattro Cup World Final which will be held at the world class resort Palmina Golf Club in Los Cabos, Mexico between November 15 and 19.
